Senator Kelly and Congressman Hodes spent time (and ate some fabulous, home made soup) with the staff of First Course. This non-profit is an intensive 16-week culinary training program for the people with disabilities, the unemployed and those looking to make a career change. Their curriculum is designed to provide individuals with a solid foundation in the food service and hospitality industry. And their small classes provide for individualized attention, comprehensive support and job search assistance.
