Senate Legislation Filing Begins this Week

Posted Oct 25 at 10 PM

This Monday, the 26th, I’ll be participating in the monthly Keene District Court Task Force meeting.

On Tuesday I’m very much looking forward to meeting students from the Swanzey District Cutler School at the State Capital. I’ll continue working on transportation legislation with my Senate colleagues, and later I’ll be chairing the Advanced Precision Manufacturing and Education Advisory Council meeting. In the afternoon I’ll be attending the Keene Community Brain Injury Legislative Coffee.

Wednesday the 28th is the first day of Senate Legislation filing. So it’s the Senate Session Veto Day (The Senate votes on legislation passed by both the House and Senate, but that was vetoed by the Governor). A two-thirds vote is needed to override.

On Thursday the 29th, I’ll be attending the New Hampshire Coalition of Aging Services’ Annual Meeting.
